If the light suddenly becomes unresponsive, try the following steps: 1. External interference may be present. Try moving closer to the light for control. 2. The battery may be depleted. Check if the remote control indicator light is functioning normally. 3. Turn off the light for one minute, then turn it back on. Press the remote control buttons in sequence: Power, W, and Color Ring to see if it operates normally. 4. Re-pair the device following the instructions in the manual. If none of the above methods work, please let us know. We will provide a solution immediately
