I wear these all day, and they really help. They have already broken though. I haven’t even had them a month yet. The tint is great but the quality not so much. I’m so disappointed. These helped me so much.

Does its job

I’ll be real, I bought these to try to help my circadian rhythm. Not much headway there but I do notice screens not keeping me AS awake before bed if I use them lol. But I actually noticed they seem pretty effective at helping with light sensitivity during some of my migraines!! I occasionally get aura migraines that are just awful but wearing these kind of helps me not have to immediately have to retreat to a dark room with a mask over my eyes, and still be capable of using my sight a bit without getting in an insane amount of pain from it. So yeah, it’s not a replacement for medicine at all, but it can help make the light more bearable!!

I think they're helping. I don't sleep well, so I read on my Kindle late at night. My doctor says that's a bad thing to do because of the blue light, so I decided to try these. Now if I try to read, I only last 5-10 minutes before I fall asleep. My only issue with them is they are a little tight. Hopefully they will loosen up a bit.

Per the testing kit they come with , they block UzV light well. They're cute, lightweight and come with a eyeglass pouch. The lens quality is on par with prescription lenses. So good from my point.

I work on my computer all day and I always end up having headaches after…. I started wearing these glasses and they fit me so well, the size is nice and it’s pretty good for the price. I no longer have headaches when I use them totally worth it. And I drop them all the time surprisingly durable

These do the trick! They are comfortable, lightweight, and definitely dim the screen to block out the harsh blue glare. Love them.I do believe I am sleeping with less waking-up interruptions!

Returned and got credit fast

thought these worked pretty great until my husbands spectra 479 came in, those are so much better and those ones are not even red tinted, just yellow. for example, if i look at a purely blue light that is on some appliances i have, these will just tint it purple, the spectras will completely block out the blue and turn it a pale yellowish. i dont notice a huge difference on a lot of other things but on strong blue light, those definitely win. and because of that i imagine there is blue light getting through these that i might not be noticing.these still are fine but im probably going to return them and get another pair of those or something else that works just as good
