If Lights Failed to Connect with APP: 1. Make Sure Your WIFI and Bluetooth are ON 2. Make sure your WIFI is 2.4G (Not Support 5G WiFi) and enter the right password 3. Make Sure the APP is able to find the nearby device 4. Make sure the lights are in pairing mode (Long press the button on the controller to make string lights turn on soild orange) 5. Make sure you have a strong signal (recommend taking the lights and your router as close as you can).
IF APP Does Not Work/APP Can Not Control Lights: Check if the lights are offline, try Restart the APP or Update the APP to the latest version.
Warm Tips: If the product won’t turn on when plugged in, check that the light string, controller and adapter connections/ports are tight. Reconnect any loose parts firmly if needed.
