First I want to say wow! I built a fence and wanted some light and didn’t like the generic ones. So I went with these! They’re perfect for what I wanted. They’re beautiful, warm ambient of light. I left one star off because 1 unit doesn’t work at all. I bought two packs for a total of 24. And only 23 work. The stickers for the screws made installation a breeze. I love that I didn’t have to measure and mark 24 spots. One screw had metal defect (it happens) would be nice to throw in an extra pack of screws or just ONE extra would’ve been nice. I just used another screw to make the hole and manually screwed it in with my fingers. It works. Overall I’d buy again, and recommend these.

After 1 season, the lights themselves are a nice touch to my fence line, but the screws are weak. If you are going to use them in wood make sure you pre-drill every hole or they will snap right off.

The lights are easy to hang! Very cute for the price. I bought a set of two 12 packs! I wish they were a little brighter, but they haven’t spent any time in the sun for the solar to kick in yet so we shall see.

I don't often write good reviews, but these are definitely worth the price!Lowes was selling this exact type of style, size and all $30 for FOUR.Here you get double the amount!We absolutely love them but WILL come back to edit this if they don't last.When we read all of the bad reviews, the only issues was rusting and some not lighting.The rusting on the back/inside screws can be solved by simply covering them with the double sided sticky tape. we had light rain today and they were fine. Apparently the screws that hold the device together aren't water proof steel. The device IS water proof just the screws can rust.Just as a precaution we used hot glue on the screw holes to keep the screws water tight, but for the last 4 we just used pvc cement which was quicker.And again for the price it's a quick and easy fix, though I do think just putting the sticky take over the screws would have sufficed. We're just paranoid people LOLAs far as some not lighting... For the price I would have even been fine if 1-2 didn't work but they ALL worked beautifully.They are even affordable enough to get an extra box to complete the look and have some extras.If they last a year I'll be beyond happy. That's about $2 a month on 8 beautiful solar lights.

Lights look so nice at dusk turning on at 8:00pm and turning off at 6:00am. Beautiful view 👍😊

These are perfect on my white vinyl fence that runs along my driveway. Enough light to walk to and from the car safely or to walk the garbage can out from the back of the house. Not glaringly bright, just right.

I love these i put them around my fence and i can swing in my swing at night and still see.

My deck perimeter looks really cool at night with these solar lights. It gives off plenty of light for the dog to go out late at night and see the steps cuz it really dark on the farm!! I left them out there during winter and they survived!!

I have to say that these lights were really easy to install and look great!!! I’m definitely pleased with this purchase

These little lights are great, I have a small aluminum fence and they fit perfect on the larger posts but they just didn't put off enough light for me to keep an eye on the dog when he is out at night. They have good construction and are very cute but just didn't work for my needs.

These fence post lights are great! This is my second set in five years. They are so easy to hang, they come with a pattern that you tape to your post or fence with the exact placement for the two screws. Once the screws are in place (tip: don’t screw in the entire way) just hang the holder up and the lights just slip right into place. There is an on/off button near the light bulb that helps with the lifespan if you decide to store your lights over the winter months. We store the ones located on the deck posts around our pool area but leave the ones I hung on our railing going up our steps to our front sidewalk.I like that they are not motion activated, they are static and give off plenty of warm white light. We have four around our pool deck, three leading up to our deck off our dining room and two leading up to our front porch. They function without fail and charge even on cloudy days. The lights themselves are not heavy and I was able to use command strips on our rail to the porch so that holes did not have to be drilled—holding strong for almost a year now through all four seasons!I also wanted to add one more important thing, if you need to replace any of the light, you do not need to drill new holes, I found the holders did not fade or crack so I could just slip a new light right into the old holder or hang a whole new unit. The screws are stainless steel so no problem with rust, we just leave them in the posts and hang the lights when we open the patio and decks for summer.By far the easiest lights and value you can find on Amazon if this is what you are looking for.

These lights are awesome, they are easy to install and look so pretty on the fence. They are just the right amount of brightness and stay lit until almost morning. I have a white fence and the white on white looks amazing. I purchased a set and then purchased another.I removed a star because in the description it says:"Easy Installation - NO wires. simply using the screws or tapes to fix on any fence deck or wall without worrying about the stability"This led me to believe it came with necessary hardware for wood or plastic fence. I have wood in the back and PVC fence on the sides. However be advised that this item DOESN'T come with any tape only screws. So if you have a plastic/PVC fence that you don't want to screw into (I wouldn't) then you will have to purchase a roll of 3M tape like I had to.

Once mounted, they actually look quite nice and don’t feel cheap at a glance.They charge well during springtime sun and consistently stay lit through the night. The light output isn’t blinding but gives off a pleasant, warm ambiance—perfect for patios or garden paths.They’ve held up in several rain showers without issue.For a 12-pack, this is a great value. Even with the lighter build, they perform well, look good, and the battery life has been solid.
