Exactly as pictured and described. All remote settings work, except strobe but there's another setting that's similar. I got 2 sets of 2. Just use each remote a bit apart as they each link to all lights. Tip: careful to pull only blue part off the strip and not the entire strip.

This light strip is not waterproof so I had to knock off a star but its average to most others, I put this on my 50cc scooter it looks good I like the different modes it has, I like the small remote, I didn't like that it wasn't waterproof but I made do with it. The adhesion is ok, installation was a little difficult because I didn't really know how I wanted to run it but when I did it was easy.

Lights nice and bright, battery pack is good as well. Only issue is this product is advertised as waterproof which is FALSE.In the picture I attached you can see on the left is my old LED strips I’m replacing that are actually waterproof they come with a silicone layer on top. The new lights I just received do not have that at all so they are not waterproof.

This worked great for a film from NASA of the moon. My only complaint is the battery pack. It is large and difficult to hide when hanging on a wall. The picture shows the battery pack on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper below the frame I installed the light strip in.

It didn’t come with instructions. So I’m not sure if I can plug the USB port into the wall so I used the battery pack. The battery pack didn’t come with a screw to keep it closed. Also there is no where to stick the box so I used zip ties. I put it on a skateboard.

I had to return the first one that I received because the remote control wasn’t working, but as usual Amazon had a new set in my hands in ONE DAY!! And I’m sure glad they did! I have installed the lights behind a 4’ metal mermaid sculpture and the lights accent her beautifully! The lights work exactly as described. You have a wonderful selection of colors to choose from, a dimmer, and many different lighting modes as well (fade, flash, etc.). I’m going to be ordering several more of this extremely versatile light set. Waterproof, battery powered, LED and a remote make the application possibilities limited only by the imagination!! Don’t hesitate to try them!!

Versatile lighting but wish I didn't get battery powered

The colors for these are inaccurate. There is no white [it's blue], and yellow looks orange. A bit disappointed in these, but they DO work just fine aside from that. Battery powered as advertised [needs 4 AA,s which feels like a lot im] and was easy to attach and get working. Just wish the colors were more accurate since I needed white for my project.

Pretty bright. I had to glue down for my projects and controller doesn't work as well when battery box is kinda behind project. But have bought more. For the price it's great.

The remote control is very cheap and does not always work on the first press of the button. The overall brightness of the lights are good. The way it adheres to the mantle was OK but there is no adhesion for the battery pack. Luckily I had two sided tape at the house so I was able to attach the battery pack.

Easy to put on, but a mess to take off, I like them so much I have bought them three time, but they come with problems, like shortess, and you really need to make sure they work before you put them on your bike, the remote control is hard to change or get the desire color lights you want all the time

So for the price I think they’re quite good, the colors all work, I was able to get it stuck to my longboard without any problems, and the remote and battery pack All work for me. The downside, these are clearly not waterproof as advertised which is the sole reason I got these, so if you need waterproof lights do not get these ones.

I gave these a 4/5 stars because the length of extra cable they don’t show you in the pic. Overall I was happy with the lights though. I was able to work around the extra cord length and still complete my project as planned for the most part. The adhesive on them is perfect. You can readjust if you make a mistake putting it down without ruining them. The remote is pretty powerful. I thought for a whole day it was blue tooth before I realized it actually had to be kinda aimed at the light strip to connect. Now that I know how much extra cord there is from the end of the usb connector the the start of the light strip I would only buy these for projects but I do love them.

For the money, not a bad deal. Got them for my cubicle because of the color changing effect. They worked for about a day then the remote control became spotty, no big deal. However now they just default to orange color after being turned on. If I reboot them and fiddle with the remote sometimes they go back to cycling colors and then when they get to orange they just stay orange and the remote does nothing. If there's no easy solution I'll probably return them or throw them away.

I bought these to sidelight an acrylic frame I built for my son. They did a great job. I will say if you have to bend on them too much to make corners, you chance losing colors in the lights. While they still light up, they will not rotate through all of the colors. I put 90-degree bends on them and had to pull a little bit to slide them into place. To their credit, none of them quit working. They just lost a few of the colors in the palette for some reason.

I decided I need more of these led lights. This set is 33 feet long! I can use them on my stairs to make a track lighting of sorts. I have someone always saying it's too dark on the stairs and is afraid they are going to fall down them. These are bright enough to light the stairs and not blinding like the over head light is. So when they get up at 3 am to make coffee the light wont wake everyone up from the bright shine. I can change the color as well, so instead of just white. I can have the purple/blue lighting effects so it gives off the fight night feel when we watch scary movies...
